A number of retired Ambassadors and Consuls General of the Turkish Foreign Ministry participated in a memorial ceremony in “Martyrs Hill” at Dolmabahçe, İstanbul on December 27, 2016 to commemorate our martyrs who lost their lives in terrorist attacks. Retired members of the Foreign Ministry left cloves on the scene and held a moment of silence during the ceremony, organized jointly by the İstanbul Representative Office of the Foreign Ministry and the Governorship of Istanbul.
