President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Ambassador Khazar Ibrahim of Azerbaijan at the Presidential Complex. Ambassador Ibrahim, who presented his letter of credence to President Erdoğan at the reception, previously served as the Head of the Mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan to NATO.
