President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Ambassador of Costa Rica Marcelo Varela-Erasheva at the Presidential Complex on March 14th, 2017. Ambassador Varela, who presented his letter of credence to President Erdoğan at the reception, previously served as Costa Rica’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva.
