The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco, on 30 July 2015, celebrated the Throne Day - the 16th anniversary of His Majesty King Mohammed VI's enthronement. The event was hosted by Ambassador H.E. Lotfi Aouad, with the presence of Customs and Trade Minister H.E. Mr. Nurettin Canikli. More than 500 guests attended the official reception arranged by the Moroccan Embassy and who represented the diplomatic community, distinguished guests from Turkish public institutions and the civil society as well as members of the Moroccan community in Turkey. Throne Day is a national celebration marking the enthronement of King Mohammed VI on the throne of his ancestors.
